If he could choose a superpower he would be a Time Traveller, but as his powers only extend to being a Contracts Director he is happy to settle with travelling Earth in this lifetime. His interests include holidays, socialising, walking and a sneaky beer or two!

The Surveyor / Estimator of the team, whose motto is “ my word is my bond “. John has an incredible expertise when it comes to ceilings and partitions. He is a true Yorkshireman, but for his sins he and his family support Manchester United FC with passion. He has considerable other interests and never gets bored with his own company.

Leon enjoys the mix of Interior Design and Sales in his work as he thrives off the buzz from a successful design, leading to a sale and onto a Fit-Out which he finds exciting and rewarding. Out of the studio you will find Leon, when not fully absorbed in his family and his three sons sporting activities, taking every opportunity to get out into the outdoors and do some Walking, Flyfishing or Golfing.

Watching his sons play rugby or playing squash with his daughter would make the perfect Saturday for Paul. The day would be rounded off nicely with a quiet meal with Lucy or a few pints with friends in the local. A good walk in the Lakes followed by a few pints with the lads would do nicely on Sunday. Working, playing squash and relaxing at home just about sums up the rest of the week and weather permitting he’ll be down on his allotment and if there’s a turn for the worst then it’s back to the local with a good book and even better pint!

What motivates John to get up in the morning is his unfailing passion about the continued success of his business and the wellbeing of his excellent management/workforce team and clients/customers. His dream and vision is for WATERHOUSE to be the first choice Commercial Building Refurbishment Contractor in The North of England. However, when he’s not being a successful businessman you’ll find him on his holidays and at his happiest on a boat bobbing around in the Mediterranean sunshine enjoying a glass or two of chilled Rose’, or snow skiing washed down with a pint of Guinness or golfing followed by a few beers or watching rugby union with many beers.

He dreams about being invisible so he can see what our politicians really get up to.
